bug on the home page

i have found a bug when viewing the home page which lists all the zone's features. Under the community heading, the link to the user to user voice chat and the feature's description appear twice. I only noticed this yesterday. It happens on my laptop and on my mobile phone. Does anyone else experience this problem?
